Terms of Service

Again Replay lets your devices send and view video peer-to-peer on your local network, with DVR playback. The app runs on your own network and hardware; streaming quality and discovery depend on your local network.

• Free lets you run one transmitter and one receiver with full DVR — no account required.
• Personal allows one active device at a time, which you can switch between your devices freely.
• Business provides multiple activated devices and seats for venues and clubs.

Paid plans are licensed to you for use within your account's device limits. Pricing and billing terms are announced at launch and presented before you purchase.

Personal subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play. Business seats are billed on the web through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel through the store or billing portal you purchased from. Store purchases are subject to that store's refund policy.

You are responsible for how you record and share video, including obtaining any consent required in your jurisdiction. Do not use Again Replay to record people unlawfully, to infringe others' rights, or to circumvent device licensing.

Again Replay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost footage arising from network conditions, device limits, or interruptions of service.
